Staff and place was lovely. Wax finish was great, however I do prefer a quick treatment to any ingrown hairs which I did not receive. Quite high in price for the overall experience, comparing it to other waxes I’ve received. I think the store should invest in a customer toilet, it’s really needed especially if you plan to be in there for multiple treatments.

The initial impression when I walked in wasn't ideal, but I have to say the massage was great: strong, but gentle when necessary (though I don't have much experience but from the 4 I had, this was the best one). I could tell the masseuse was trying. Nice music and a warm environment.

Vicky was great! Good conversation, good with the nails everything was in point! Was happy to see that they don’t use electric files and it’s all hand filed! For shellac anyway! Not sure if they do the same for acrylics. But yeah defo will be back to Vicky again! Thanks!
