The facial was great and the room (downstairs) was ok. But overall this salon looks rather untidy, I was a bit scared as I went it. It should be cheaper for it is.

The lady doing my lashes clearly did not know the process for doing individual lashes. No isolation was used, and a tonne of glue was applied on top, so I ended up with burning eyes and stiff express lashes for the price of full individual lashes. I wanted to get them taken out after getting back from my holiday, but I knew the remover they would use would be from the local hair shop and that too would burn my eyes, so I suffered and let them come out in clusters by themselves. I have given more than 1 star simply because the end result looked beautiful, however they need proper training with certification to ever touch my eyelashes again.
