I would describe Ria as a bit of a no frills venue, but it's cheap and the staff are great! I would always recommend booking as the queues get big here...but what do you expect when the price is good and the service is great.
Hollywood wax was basically pain free, so quick and staff were great.

Didn't like having to go down stairs (through staff seated on the steps) to a 'basement like' small room. The only saving grace of this experience were the quality of the oils used during the treatment.
No revisits for me....
