The facial was at 6:20pm. A lady called and asked if I'd come 20 mins ealier. I could not so she told me they'd cancel. After an hour, at 6:08pm I had not received a cancellation confirmation so I called. I was told the facial had not been cancelled, apologised and asked me to come. I told her I'd take me 15 mins to get there and she said she'd wait. I arrived at 6:26. My facial finished at 6:58pm. I paid for a 45 mins treatment and received 30 mins. I am not happy, I feel they took advantage.

This was my first time at Ria and I had a great experience, all of the technicians were friendly and it was busy which was a good sign. Great value for money
