Only gave a 4 as ended up starting ~30 mins late- which is a bit of an anomaly honestly. Otherwise all fine

Got lashes done in the morning, within a few hours some were lifting, within 10 hours lost a clump from one eye, the next day another chunk fell out. Had to remove, didnt event last a full 24 hours. Unfortunately application not done well.
