Staff are lovely and I had a great treatment. I arrived 20 mins before my appointment time but they still saw me straight away.

A nice massage, but wouldn't necessarily recommend for those with muscle knots/localized pain. Other massage places I've been to usually identified my problem areas and focused on releasing the tension from there. Here I got the same amount of time and the same massage movements everywhere. Generally relaxing and the therapist was friendly, but probably will not come back.
