The only disappointment came when another therapist reprimanded me for resting my toes on the edge of the surface in front of me, a position that supported my spine and provided relief. She was dismissive, rude and uninterested when I explained the chair was uncomfortable (not reclining far enough) and that I have a damaged spine. Her response was, “We have to work here, put it down,” before walking off. Despite her rudeness, the rest of the experience was excellent.
