Helena message me to say come 5-10 Minutes before my appointment was 11amI got there 10.48am I rang the bell and was left out side until she came down and said I kept ringing the bell as she had a client I filled in the paperwork went back to her client to finish her treatment. Client left 11am Went to the room and got undressed didn’t start until 11.10am my treatment was for 1 hour Helena finished before that the time 11.55 she had a client for 12pm I wasn’t a full pay customer
