I had a fantastic experience at Rica's. It was clean and tidy - a little small but nonetheless fine. The staff were really nice and the lady that did my wax was fast but really committed. She was smiling and attentive at all times and asked me if I was okay every time I started hyperventilating (which, as I'm a big baby, was rather a lot). Not only will I definitely be going back, I recommend it 100%.

The outside of the salon said 'Unisex hair salon' and not 'Rica's Hair and Beauty'. But I found the place, i stood outside looking confused and one of them came out and told me I'm in the right place.
Haircut was very nice and the lady was friendly.

The salon is very easy to find and in close proximity to Dollis Hill station. The staff are pleasant although Rica is the only talkative one you will find there. She takes care in everything she does and this wasn't my first time over at Rica's. However, I wasn't fully happy with my haircut as she drastically changed the shape of my hair by adding in unnecessary layers which I didn't want and will take time to grow again. Due to little things like this I will give another salon a try next time.
