At first glance, I was a bit wary by the appearance of the salon. It is a very modest establishment run by an extremely nice lady, Rica. And it was really her presence that made me feel comfortable about getting the Keratin treatment.
The sink where I had my hair washed was quite uncomfortable around the neck. I normally enjoy getting my hair shampooed and conditioned, but unfortunately due to the discomfort, I was waiting for it to finish ASAP.
Rica and her colleague administered the Keratin in my hair together, however the rest of the procedure was carried out by her colleague. She was generally good but her approach is definitely heavy handed. While clipping up my Keratin treated hair, she flung a strand of hair in my face and the strand hit my eye. For the rest of the day and the next, my eye was very red and stinging quite badly. Only after administering eye drops (over the counter) has it gone down. She was also quite heavy handed while using the straightener to seal in the keratin as I could feel hair tearing as she was ironing my hair.
The end result of the treatment, however, was great. At least in London temperature anyway. I will be travelling to a really humid country and I have been told that this treatment will keep my hair smooth and frizz free. So I am keeping my fingers crossed!
All in all, Rica's personality and hospitality definitely makes the experience pleasant. I would only ask to fit a cushioned cover on the sink where hair is washed, and to ensure the importance of being cautious and careful when using treatment in their clients'/ customer's hair.

The staff are very friendly and spent a lot of time on my treatment however they only have four colours available and only had gel nail varnish rather than gel acrylics.

Had a facial here yesterday. My skin is so soft today. All my dry skin is gone.
Staff were so friendly and helpful. Was a bit worried cause my skin is very sensitive. It was no problem to staff and they used special creams and mask for my peeling dry skin. Also upon request they used creams without strong perfume as I am sensitive to strong smells. Will definitely be going back.

Five stars, really enjoyed my facial. Lady was very helpful. Got sinus problems and sensitive skin but this was no problem. My skin felt soo soft and clean after. Would definitely go again. Thank you.

Brilliant staff, and friendly advice on choosing the hair colour i wanted to go.
Great hospitality, offering us tea or coffee.
Just minor pain and aches on my shoulder and neck on the un-cushioned sink basin where they wash your hair. After 10-20 mins, it starts to hurt and feel very uncomfortable.
