Poor quality nail polish, the woman doing it made my fingers bleed, they were thorough on the nails (trimming , filing etc) but paid little attention to anything else and the paint job was bad.

I will definitely be going back! Very friendly staff - the saw me straightaway, made me a drink, worked efficiently. The lady even found a doll for my toddler daughter to play with and gave her a chocolate.
The brazilian keratin treatment has made my hair much silkier and frizz free. I had this treatment done somewhere else some time ago and I noticed very little difference. This time there was a much better result. They even use an organic product! Very good value. Highly recommended.

At first, I was put off by the location and the look of the salon; but the girls were so friendly and welcoming and on the inside it was clean and tidy , that I managed to relax completely. I absolutely love my colour and haircut. Attention and service I received was fantastic value for money. I'm going to buy few of these vouchers for my friends, I think it would make a great Christmas present.

I most certainly would recommend a pedicure at Rica's due to the fact that they are attentive to your needs and extremely polite. The ambience is fine. Most assuredly a new business venture and they encourage you to make your point of view of satisfaction or criticism. I would happily recommend it to anyone. It is a five minute walk from Dollis Hill Station on the Jubilee Line.
