I got my hair cut not because I was unhappy with my hair, but because I fancied a change. Was made to feel that my hair upon arriving was unflattering, which - as someone with low self esteem - wasn’t very fun. I didn’t want my hair cut very much at all, just wanted a fringe - but ended up with much shorter hair. The hair itself is looking ok, but I felt rather humiliated. Will not be returning.

Ricci is one of the best, if not the best hair stylist I have ever come across. He definitely knows his stuff and that made me trust him with whatever he said was best for my hair and its style. I think I have found the salon that I'll be going to frequently.

I was extremely pleased with my haircut by Ricci. He handled my hair very well, which was such a relief as so many hairdressers just don't seem to understand how it responds to bring cut. Ricci did take charge and tell me what he was going to do, which was different to what I had originally thought I wanted. I initially wasn't too sure but decided to trust him and I was so pleased I did! Ricci used a smidge of conditioner and no other products on my hair. Used to drenching my hair in conditioner and styling products, I was again taken aback by his different approach and again surprised and pleased by the natural shine and obvious health of my hair, shown to its best advantage through the simple and stylish cut. I feel relaxed and sophisticated following my visit and a renewed sense of possibilities for my hair not experienced since the late 90's! Ricci is also generous with sharing his knowledge of hair and I learned a lot about how to treat my hair through blowdrying techniques and the reasons behind his approach with my hair. Thank you Ricci, you've given me a new outlook! Highly recommended.
