Over the Christmas and New Year I had been quite busy with one thing and another but had not realised just how much that had affected me. but as soon as Mira got to work, I realised just how tense I had become.
But after her ministrations, all the little, and a few not so little, kinks in my neck, back and shoulders were strightened out and I felt so much better.
