This is my third visit and the second Indian Head Massage. I have searched long and hard for someone (individual or body) to help me with the after effects of a long term illness and have been delighted to have found this safe haven in Bowden. Roanne has been brilliant but all the staff are wonderful and put you very much at ease

We accidentally stumbled upon Rich Therapies while we were staying in the area. The treatment from Sylvan is better than any treatment I've received anywhere else (I'm a fully qualified, London trained massage therapist myself). I now travel to see Sylvan and wouldn't go anywhere else!
The staff are lovely, the venue beautiful and I couldn't recommend them to you highly enough!
