Sylvan has an uncanny knack of putting his finger - quite literally - on the problem. But he doesn't jump to conclusions and works patiently to figure out exactly what is going on all the way along the chain from ankle to knee to hip. His treatment is eye-wateringly painful at times but I always felt completely safe in his hands. There's no doubt he has a gift. While I don't think there's a miracle cure for my chronic ankle injury, after seeing Sylvan my leg felt the best it had in weeks and, more importantly, I believe that with his help I can learn to undo years of moving poorly with muscle imbalances. It's expensive, but an hour with Sylvan is worth ten sessions with other physios or massage therapists I've seen. I've booked another session and am already looking forward to it.
