Brilliant find! I only discovered Rich Therapies through the treat well app as I was trying to find somewhere open on a Monday. I'm glad I did-you can park right outside, lovely friendly place & lovely staff- will definitely be going bank

Once my appointment was made I had to make a last minute change, and this proved a little difficult as the phones (landline and mobile) were going to voicemail from 0800. I did leave a message but no one got back to me before I decided to just pop by at 1030. Google and Treatwell say that the venue is open from 0800, and while it does say on TW that it is open by appointment only, there is no indication of when the phones are manned. Rich Therapies' own website also gives no indication. I was just lucky that a therapist happened to be in when I dropped by personally to help me change my appointment. This should change. Once I did speak to someone in person about changing my appointment they were very relaxed and flexible about it, and this was greatly appreciated.
This early slight inconvenience of struggling to get through however pales in comparison to how great the rest of the experience was. I was greeted cheerfully and asked about my general health. We discussed things I wasn't planning to raise, but Mira teased them out and described how she planned to help with them during my massage. Mira displayed an impressive knowledge and confidence in what she knows. I'll confess that the time this interview took made me wonder if the time would be taken out of my hour massage! But it totally wasn't! Instead I was taken through to a beautifully well appointed room which was just the right temperature and atmosphere, and given plenty of time to get comfortable. Mira then gave me the best massage I've had. I've been trying out a few places locally recently and this was my third, but I am definitely settled here. Mira focused well on the areas we had discussed, but also paid detailed attention to every area, and if there's was a clicky or stiff area she did not give up until it was loose and soft and relaxed. The massage was truly amazing.
I get the impression that the Rich Therapies team really care about what they do, and it shows in how they do it. I couldn't recommend them more.
