Mira is a very experienced therapist who takes a lot of time to explain what she is doing and advise on follow up exercise at home. A friendly and pleasant manner leads to a very enjoyable experience.

The venue is great and well off the beaten track. I have flexibility issues and Roanne helped me with easing off sore muscles and softening tough tendons, especially a sore hip. There are some issues with Reception but they are solving them step-by-step and Adele was happy to help. There is Disabled access for wheelchairs and the experience was happy and uplifting. Care was taken over my emotional and mental well-being and I was left feeling cared for.

I went on a gift voucher. Mira had a very firm touch for massaging which i enjoyed. I would like to go back again to try other treatments. Both members of staff i met were friendly and welcoming. Parking is eady at this venue which is a plus. Thank you for a lovely experience.
