I have a chronic illness and was recommended Sylvan as I have been suffering with back pain.
Wow!!! Sylvan really knows his craft, he is very knowledgeable and his focus is intuitive.
After the 1 hour session my body felt lighter in areas that usually present as very heavy. I experienced more freedom of movement too. I feel that he managed to achieve something that I could have done with years ago and that unfortunately is unavailable within the NHS.
