Gemma is a Gem! I was made to feel comfortable, she uses a cold compress and does breathing exercises to distract you from any discomfort during the wax. She always makes sure she has got every last hair! And then her massage - wow. Her hands are baby soft! I love the use of the hot flannels. and the oil smelt delicious. Parking right outside as well. A great experience! Coming back soon!
