I’ve known Gemma for a couple of years and she has been absolutely wonderful in a number of treatments, facials, waxing and massages. She is extremely capable and knowledgeable and has provided valuable advice over the years on several skin issues. Most of all she is a gentle, kind and absolutely lovely person, who effortlessly puts her customers at ease. I feel very lucky to have found her.

I was so sorry to hear Beauchamp had closed but so fab that Gemma is still local to the area. Very professional, friendly and she made me feel completely at ease.
