I had booked an appointment for 1pm as it said it would be 1hr and I had 1hr for my lunch break. They were running 20mins late so the appointment was slightly rushed but they did a great job and offered me free gel polish as it would be quicker

The whole venue had flooded when I arrived. I wasn’t called in advance to cancel the appointment and the staff were not very informant, they just told me to leave! Disappointed as I travelled quite far to try somewhere new.
