Very happy. I arrived early for my treatment but they seated me straight away. They took time removing the gel, which meant it came off easily and the nails themselves were not damaged. They offered me a drink and were pleasant. The charges were competitive and they have a loyalty scheme. I've passed the card to a friend who lives locally, as I am not often in Richmond, along with my recommendation.

Always have a fab treatment the ladies who do the eyebrow threading and tinting are very quick and professional. I go several times a year and the price is excellent value.
