This was my second visit to Richmond Nail Spa and unlike my first time this was a horrible experience. I unfortunately had Sophia who was both rude and unprofessional, she had the audacity of saying to her manager in front of my face how "difficult it was to do ny nails." And she did a crap job at that as she cannot even paint on the nail, painting my fingers instead
