My treatment felt quite rushed because the spa was too busy. Other people were waiting a long time for their treatments and my nails were done very quickly because the lady needed to go and do someone else's nails. She also kept serving customers and taking cash at the tail while doing my nails which wasn't very professional.

I’m being generous offering 4 stars, the man who does nails started my nails then half way told me to go get my brows done! I was fuming - my brows turned out great and the woman who did them is lovely! After my brows I was then told I’d have my pedicure, the massage seats were OLD and tattered but the girl who did the pedicure was AMAZING! However, I was already getting my feet soaked when they told me to pick a colour so I couldn’t see all that was available as she picked me up some. While I was having a pedicure a previous customer came in saying her nails had gone yellow - the man was VERY rude to her and blamed it on her when I knew it was because the nail products they used on her were out of date as this has happened to me before! I then finally returned to finish my nails which were done excellent but he was very rough and didn’t bother to make conversation. I spent £66 there - for that amount of money I expected a relaxing, blissful experience instead I was stressed out. Don’t think I’ll be returning!

Good pedicure. Not the fanciest of salons - more a nail salon than a spa, but quick, comfortable and efficient.
