It was ok. I had an appointment before Christmas and they were extremely busy and seemed to be rushing appointments so they could squeeze in walk ins. My manicurist was nice enough but he wasn't very helpful when I asked for advice about which colour to go for and if the sparkly polish I liked would need to be layered over another colour to get a good result. My gel manicure was very rushed, he soaked my cuticles for about 5 seconds before trimming (so they ended up half trimmed and a bit ragged) the polish looked sparse and patchy - as I had tried to ask if it would, and the edges weren't neat. He threw on his coat and ran out of the door as soon as he was done. Polish only lasted a week before peeling and the manicure looked messy after a few days when my cuticles grew up and you could properly see the wonky edges of the polish. Maybe they were having a bad day, or were good before all of the positive reviews and now can't cope with the volume of clients but I really wasn't impressed and can't see why they have such a high treatwell rating.

I had one of the best pedicures I have ever had. The lady who did it was amazing and very thorough. She also got my hands ready for my gel manicure and did a great job. However, the lady who painted my hands was quite rude and unfortunately ruined the last part of the experience for me. Overall a good experience and I would consider going back as the quality of the finish was pretty good.
