Delux Pedicure was great, despite getting a small burn from the wax. The lady who did it was concerned, although I didn't like the way her boss told her off.
Had a eyebrow wax and tint as well and was horrified that they wax before tinting. There was no explanation to what was going to happen, just straight on the bed and wax on. I pulled the girl up on it straight away she laughed at me and said she had been doing it this way for years and carried on. I explained I knew what was industry standard and the risk of doing it that way but she wasn't bothered.
I feel the lady who did the pedicure needs to work at a better salon, she deserves to!
