I’m being generous offering 4 stars, the man who does nails started my nails then half way told me to go get my brows done! I was fuming - my brows turned out great and the woman who did them is lovely! After my brows I was then told I’d have my pedicure, the massage seats were OLD and tattered but the girl who did the pedicure was AMAZING! However, I was already getting my feet soaked when they told me to pick a colour so I couldn’t see all that was available as she picked me up some. While I was having a pedicure a previous customer came in saying her nails had gone yellow - the man was VERY rude to her and blamed it on her when I knew it was because the nail products they used on her were out of date as this has happened to me before! I then finally returned to finish my nails which were done excellent but he was very rough and didn’t bother to make conversation. I spent £66 there - for that amount of money I expected a relaxing, blissful experience instead I was stressed out. Don’t think I’ll be returning!
