Incredibly rude staff. Ordered me around, didn’t take my name when I said I had an appointment then rudely demanded evidence of payment when I was leaving. More than happy to provide evidence of payment but at least ask nicely! The staff in general spoke to customers terribly. No idea why they think that acceptable.
Actual treatments were good - so a real shame about the staff and the ambience - which was non existent. One staff member spent the entire time I was there with her feet up texting and not helping any customers.

Very pleased with the manicure but was very disappointed with the eyebrow treatment and the staff. The last who did my nails was lovely, I believe she was the owner. The lady who did my eyebrows didn’t even speak to me and completely rushed my eyebrows. Not a nice experience at all.
