I love coming to Richmond spa as they always do my nails exactly how I want them and the staff are really nice. The only thing I would say is the appointments are never on time/always running around 10/15 mins late as they get so many walk ins.

My treatment felt quite rushed because the spa was too busy. Other people were waiting a long time for their treatments and my nails were done very quickly because the lady needed to go and do someone else's nails. She also kept serving customers and taking cash at the tail while doing my nails which wasn't very professional.
