Not much to watch/look at during the treatment, but not a bad experience on the whole

It's ok. But having been here before and had a shellac manicure previously by the same lady, I asked her not to paint on my skin again. She did it again. When the nail starts to grow a little it separates from the skin and looks odd and would stick up slightly.

My nails don't usually grow very fast but after having my Two week manicure done at the Richmond Spa they grow really fast-probably it wouldn't be bad thing but after one week my manicure needed redoing as it looked like i had it done couple of weeks ago. Not a great thing for Two week manicure. However they do have amazing selection of colours and all in all my manicure looked good even if only for one week.

Great value for money, a 30 minute back and shoulder message. The therapist really worked hard, spending a lot of time on a painful shoulder I have.Would really recommend the treatment and venue. The only downside was the size of the room which was a bit cramped.
