Great value for money, a 30 minute back and shoulder message. The therapist really worked hard, spending a lot of time on a painful shoulder I have.Would really recommend the treatment and venue. The only downside was the size of the room which was a bit cramped.

This was my first time at Richmond Spa and I will definitely go back. Staff are really friendly, and I love my gel nails!

The salon was very accomodating when I emailed them in advance to let them know that I also wanted take-off of old product. Once there, I decided that I would opt for Shellac as a finish to the gels, but when I inspected the finished article in the light, I found that they had not been painted to the edge of the nail. Other than that, all was fine.

The place was very busy that day so I had to wait 10 min for my massage.
The place smelled too much of nail polish and the room for the massage was tiny and the products
used for the massage cheap.
Nevertheless the massage was good and also good value for the money.

Excellent venue for bio-sculpture nails in Richmond. Overall technique is good and gel generally stays on for more than 2 weeks. Nails stay strong and hardly ever break with gel on. Would be good if they offered a wider selection of colours. Attempted to use a different brand colour with bio sculpture base and this didn't work very well so I would recommend just using the bio gel products for max benefit.
