The lady who did my appointment was awful. Rude, in a rush, spoke with a really curt tone. The manicure and pedicure were awful and she kept shouting at me to not move but I wasn’t. She then smudged my nails when applying topcoat, chipping it and she swore, slapped some new paint and left it awful. I complained to the manager and they took one look and apologised. Will not go back, shame as the rest of the staff are nice/ good and I’ve been going for 4 years.
*The manager resolved it well
