devastated. I had tried out this salon 2 weeks ago in preparation for my Wedding. The therapist was lovely, although the manager was rude to her staff. I was thrilled with the nails, but this time around I had said manager, she rushed my nails, despite me saying repeatedly that they were special nails as I’m getting married tomorrow. She hurt me when filing, she dismissed my worries, she cut my nails too short and the manicure is awful, one day before my Wedding, with ‘sorry about that’ response

Sammi did my nail infills, and her attention to detail was phenomenal, I was looked after by sammi and all the ladies here and left with amazing nails. This was the best treatment yet. I wasn’t well on the day with a bad back and was wasn’t even sure I would be able to go, but I left feeling much calmer than I arrived.
