Very disappointed. My face was barely cleansed, the peel was left on for around 2 minutes, and despite explaining my skin usually needs longer, I was told this was “just the first treatment” and I’d need to come back and pay another £100. I was promised results within 7 days but saw absolutely no difference. A complete waste of my time and money.

I had HIFU treatment with Tanvi and the experience was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, explained the procedure clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout. The venue was ok. The stylist didn’t part my hair down the middle and brush it nicely or apply oil. Would advice people working there to stop speaking their in their own language front of the customers. It’s rude.
