I wish I didn’t have to write this review as therapist was lovely, yet Brazilian wax was excruciating. I looked at the salon reviews and they all looked great but when you drill down and look at the negatives ( most come from waxing experience). Too big an area being worked on at a time, applying the wax to same area 3-4 times and wax that wasn’t hot enough (and then became too hot).

First time here and it was great! Throughout the process they were always checking the exact colour I wanted so my balayage would be what I want. Great and kind service as well
