I had a Hollywood wax and underarms treatment. the Hollywood wax was painful as the therapist was waxing large sections at a time. There were still hairs left at the end of the treatment. Venue doesn't stock basic wipes which are essential when going for a Hollywood wax. Overall the treatment was average and the services could be improved for better customer satisfaction.
Ladies' Waxing
This is a good venue and is very close to where I work. I find the treatments - especially the hot wax Hollywood to be relatively pain free and the therapists all seem to know what they are doing. I would recommend this venue not only for the treatment but also for the service and hygiene.

The therapist was very thorough and the facial included extraction and I was given a relaxing foot massage whilst the face mask was on.
