Except they opened 15 minutes late, then had to get set up and wait for staff to wander in, so treatment started 10 minutes late. :( Waxer didn't speak any English, so didn't notice I had booked for two treatments and left after the first.
Booked an eyebrow threading, but the person who does threading wasn't scheduled to come in that day. No one notified me in advance, or apologised when I asked about it. Really poor experience.
