This is the second time for my visit in one year and both times I have been the first customer and both times the shop hasn't been open because of delays to the train. So I've had to return in 30mins, which is fine as I wasn't working but no one called to confirm they would be in late there was no notification. Apart from that the staff are lovely and the braxilian was great.

I had a different therapist (Adena) again for a Brazillian yesterday, which always worries me slightly when I have someone different, however she was great, friendly, chatty and quick! Another really good service.
