Nice clean environment, brilliant stuff. The girls know what they do and the waxing is 100% pain free and this comes from a woman who hates pain! I would recommend it any time. I've become a member because they offer great value for money and sweet discounts.

My appointment was 15 minutes late starting and as such I had to run off very quickly afterwards. On later inspection my eyebrows were uneven and some bits had been missed. For £7 the treatment was ok, but I won't be rushing back
Eyebrow Threading
Foot massage was lovely. However bead massage, the therapist wet my hair and put oil through it, I could not relax as she had not told me anything about the procedure, did not tell me anything about what she was using then, did not dry my hair or offer me a hair dryer and told me to go home and have a shower when I asked if she had any way of me drying my hair! I had to go to the hairdressers down the road and spend another £30 on a wash and blow dry as I was supposed to meet a friend for dinner. Extremely disappointed.

Zina was amazing. Really thorough, less painful than expected, and she properly rubbed the oil into my legs when she was done (instead of just half-heartedly patting it on). Will be back.

As usual it was a great experience and I got perfect eyebrows. It is the best place in the city to get pampered.
