I had a terrible experience. I was given an inexperienced therapist for hollywood waxing. I am sure everyone will agree that this is the most painful area to wax therefore I would have thought the Salon would take care to train their therapist accordingly. Instead, I was given a lady who did not know what she was doing and left me in great deal of pain. I demanded for someone else and was appointed the boss, Riddhi. She finished the session. I was disappointed to note that no such concession was provided for the traumatic experienced. The boss was very unapologetic and took no responsibility. I would not recommend this salon and will definitely not be going there again.

Always great, very efficient and as pain free as possible. I'm always happy with the results.

Had waxing but also a back scrub here with massage OMG this Was heavenly, waxing was done well and quickly, therapist was kind and sweet always making sure I was ok the treatments were lovely and GREAT value for money. The salon is small and below a newsagent but please do not let that put you off. The skill and care is still there and better than some salons where the interior is gorgeous. Don't judge a salon just based on how it's decorated! LOVE RIddhis and I will be back :) 5 stars!
