I walked straight past the salon and wasn't so sure about the place from the outside once I did locate it if I'm being completely honest but once I saw the nice rooms and met the lady I was comfortable. She was very really lovely, knowledgeable and kind as I had just had more holes put in my ears so she was sure not to knock them. The facial was very much needed as I have been having some very painful break outs and I feel like it's now on the mend.
What I really liked is that once my mask was on my face she gave me a foot massage. Usually they just walk out and leave you, I think it's nice that she stays for the duration of the hour and makes you feel as pampered as she can.

Classic Facials
Very inviting and private venue, all very clean and in a nice area. The treatment was good - but I would say that they are not as willing to go the extra mile with the hollywood wax as other venues that I have tried in the area. They did not spend as much time making sure that I had what I asked for or doing any small extras without paying more. That said, the treatment was very quick and painless.
Hollywood Waxing
I came down a highly suspicious staircase which was in a corner shop and I expected the worst. The place seemed a bit tired and a bit of an opportunist salon.
I shouldn't be so snobby.
That was the best facial I have ever had and I have had 20+ facials. I will be coming back.
