Despite the place being empty when I arrived, I was asked to sit and wait while the staff cleaned up the treatment room from the previous client. I happened to notice that one of the other treatment room beds was also covered in dirty towels and tissue, surely this should be removed and cleaned straight after a treatment.
The wax was ok, and pretty cheap at it's half price £15 offer, but i'd be dissappointed if i was to pay full price as it was a bit of a slapdash job which i had to finish off myself when I got home.

Great value for money. Not the best ambiance but the massage room itself is nice. Amazing massage by Selam. Handy for lunch time massage if you work jn the city

Great customer service, the beauticians are so welcoming and comforting you become friends. This is definitely my local and only place for all my self grooming needs.

Probably the best Brazilian wax I've had - the hot peelable wax makes it as pain free as it's ever really going to be - I would completely recommend. It's a really convenient location, and Selam and her colleague were very friendly and helpfully suggested different treatment offers I might be interested in. I've already booked my next set of treatments!
