This was hands down the best waxing experience I've had in London. Thoroughly recommended. All the staff are lovely and genuinely friendly. I was running very late yet they managed to accommodate me without any issues and the appointment never felt rushed. Also, due to illness it'd been nearly a year since I'd done any waxing so I was very nervous about how painful it was going to be - but Tiziana put me at my ease completely. She was quick, efficient, careful to check that I was happy with what she was doing at every step, and all-round seems like a really nice kind person. The salon is in the basement of a newsagents, which is the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars for 'ambience' but once you're in the treatment room this hardly matters. It's already great value for money but the cherry on top: it's cheaper to book your follow-up appointments with them directly.
Ladies' Waxing
The venue looks a bit suspect from the outside as the entrance is inside a convenience store - I walked straight past it a few times before I saw the sign! However the salon - while small - is nicely decorated and welcoming. The staff are lovely! I had a Hollywood Wax with Savita and am happy the results; she's also very friendly and attentive. The biggest bonus is the price; this is the best value waxing I've seen.

Basic space but the threading was done well and fairly painless. Would recommend, but prices are only worth it if you get the vouchers in advance.
