Three weeks later and I'm still suffering from this wax! The wax itself was very painful, more so than other waxes I have had before and the wax was very hot - when the beautician asked if it was too hot and I said yes she blew on it to cool it down - not very hygienic! The therapist was actually very nice, she had a great manner and made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. Despite it being painful it wasn't until later I had problems. The area was still red and sore 18 hours later and it felt bruised. A day or two later I woke up to big yellow puss filled spots on the area which I couldn't touch they were so painful and I had to use antiseptic cream for over a week to calm the area down. The regrowth has been sore and itchy and the amount of ingrown hairs - has been ridiculous.
This has put me off ever having a bikini wax again.
I don’t recommend this place
They were unprofessionally, they burned me all the time and the kind of hot waxing they used is really bad and make me a lot of painful.
I paid for Hollywood and finally did Brazilian because I couldn’t endure the pain!
I am really disappointed
Good service however had to wait for a treatment. For their cleanliness, the beautician did not use a new stick for every wax strip and use the same wax stick. So I think they should consider change the stick everytime they put wax on someone.
Although the location discouraged me at first (located on the basement of an off- license), I was pleasantly surprised by the treatment. I had legs and bikini wax (Hollywood), Saritha was fast, clean and very efficient. I didn't feel any pain and I will be going back for sure. Great value for money.
Riddhi's staff is very friendly, and the place was easy to find. Their was a little delay as someone a few appoints back had arrived late, creating a domino affect. This didn't affect the service and my treatment was carried out like normal. They have the best rates around so definitely great value for money!
