This would be my third visit in a space of few months. So far all the staff I have encountered are very professional and friendly. Well done 😄
Probably the best Brazilian wax I've had - the hot peelable wax makes it as pain free as it's ever really going to be - I would completely recommend. It's a really convenient location, and Selam and her colleague were very friendly and helpfully suggested different treatment offers I might be interested in. I've already booked my next set of treatments!
This wasmy first time at Riddhi's and it will definitely NOT be my last! I had a hollywood was with Riddhi and she was amazing! Very fast and professional! Such good value and now this is my one stop shop to all treatments! Thank you!
The venue isn't great - it's below a newsagent - but the massage was spot on. The masseuse used hot towels to wipe down each limb after she'd massaged it to stop you being covered in oil. She maintained a good pressure throughout, paying lots of attention to what she was doing & was very polite. I stayed to get my eyebrows threaded by her afterwards which was quick and relatively painless. Would recommend. Good value for money
This beauty saloon is located on the basement of a Off licence, it was dirty and with no ventilation, there were like 30 degrees inside. My booking was at 7 but I was told to wait for 5-10 minutes, but I had to wait 35!! When I asked why I had been waiting 35 minutes the girl told me that her colleague responsible of the bookings was stupid (nice...). There are just 2 seats to wait but there were like 5 people waiting so you have to wait stand. The "shellac" was a fake shellac (please don't use the word shellac if it is a not a real shellac). The lamp to dry the shellac was not working properly and suddenly it stop working and the girld just told me that it was not a good lamp and sometimes doesn't work (?????). Her skills were not very good so I finish with fake shellac all over my fingers and in my arm! The worst beauty saloon I have ever been.
