Their booking system is organised, they send you an email to confirm your booking and a text on the day as a reminder which I think is great. They have a 24 hour cancellation/postponing policy which is accommodating.

Please don't think this is cliché, but as waxing goes this is the best I have ever had!! Living in London, I've been to multiple salons. Always, always have hot wax when getting any wax around the bikini area, it is so much better! Had a Hollywood wax with Keta and it is the most pianless wax I've ever had! She made me comfortable, used a little bit of oil on the skin so the wax doesn't rip your skin off (first salon that has ever done this), places a fan in place to help the wax cool and set quickly and removes the hair in little sections. I'm so used to having to take a deep breath and clench my fist at some points but I honestly didn't even notice. I will be returning and returning and returning!
