Riddhi is lovely - she takes care of her customers really well and makes you feel completely comfortable and taken care of. I would happily recommend her salon.
If you haven't been here before, you could very easily have trouble finding it; the (salon? Spa?) is under an unassuming food and wine store; I kind of thought 'uh oh, it's just gonna be a basement'. It's totally not; you go down the stairs into a softly lit, beautifully decorated place with friendly receptionists that make a fuss over you, take your coat, all that stuff. The massage was awesome, really professional and...I don't know how to describe it...tender? Caring? The masseuse I had was called Tiziana; I can highly recommend her. The only reason staff gets a 4 not a 5 is that my jewellery takes a long time to remove and I didn't think about taking it off before I went; one of the other beauty therapists was a bit huffy about it, despite the fact I was cool with the fact that Tiziana had another booking right after mine and ok with losing 5 mins of massage over my jewellery mistake. Everyone else shushed her up though. So remember to take off any jewellery that's awkward in advance! Good value and highly recommended
The staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Considering it is downstairs of a random off licence the service and treatment I received was impeccable - so don't let that put you off! I had the hot wax for the first time and it was amazing, the beautician made me feel very comfortable and it hurt so much less than strip waxing. Very impressed, I will be back!
My therapist was so lovely - she just chatted to me in a really genuine way but I felt the Salam was too busy and I had to wait quite a while after my appointment time to be seen and no- one said anything....
Despite that it was great value and I am reasonably happy with the wax
