I had a Hollywood wax at Riddhis and have no complaints. My therapist was great - quick, thorough, friendly and managed to complete my wax relatively pain free when it had been close to 3 months since my last wax! Only downside is the location & salon surroundings - in the basement of a newsagent. Although not a big enough issue for me not to return, the treatment, value for money and staff make it worthwhile!
I had arm wax with Marikela and she was amazing! Probably one of the best waxes I had in London - she's a proper professional with really long experience and knows how wax should be done, which unfortunately is not the case in quite a few other salons. They were really accommodating and even did my eyebrows while I was still there - I had the Italian girls doing the threading (not sure what her name is!) but she was really good as well!
I had a Hollywood wax done on my lunch break which was great.
I was in and out pretty quickly and it was one of the most pain-free waxes I have ever had.
Although, at first, my beautician didn't think my hair was long enough, she gave it a go anyway and it was fine. She also kindly offered me an alternative appointment, at no extra cost, if it wasn't which was lovely of her.
On leaving Riddhis, I was made aware of their fab winter deals (which I took advantage of as they are a steal!) and what was relieving was that they weren't sold to me too much, I felt no pressure from them in buying from them again.
The place has no frills which is nice, friendly and pleasant staff and is fantastic value for money - I will certainly be going back... shortly!
I only went in to have my shellac soaked off but the girls were really lovely & friendly. My nails looked shiney & fresh after she had finished & I'll definitely be returning!
