Slightly disappointed by this visit, especially as I had such a great first experience. Had booked an underarm/bikini deal, but had my appointment moved by the salon to three days earlier than expected, so wasn't in a postition to have the arms done. I wasn't offered a refund for the arms, or the chance to rearrange to have that part of the offer done, and so ended up paying over the odds. Quality of the wax was good and relatively painless, which is always a bonus!

I've had a few waxes here. The lady who did my Hollywood was good, however when I got home there were a couple of patches that she missed. Generally a good wax though, especially when you consider the price!

My first time at this venue - and probably my last. In the basement of an off license, the ambience was non existent. The wax itself was ok, but not my cup of tea.

I got Hollywood and full-leg wax and the treatment was perfect. My technician was very professional, neat and quick and this package was a great value for money. The salon is clean, well kept and the staff are friendly. It's in the basement of an off-licence store which doesn't go well with a luxurious spa experience but personally I was very satisfied with the treatment as I was seeking a regular maintenance rather than a fancy spa treatment.
