Have been here before for Hollywoods and had no complaints, this place is obviously a bit cheap but they did the job fine. So I decided to get a brow wax as well this time, bad decision - she took off the front half of one of my eyebrows, hoping I wouldn't notice. When I said something she blamed it on 'bad lighting' and that she couldn't get the angle right. Then another staff member told me that I shouldn't do eyebrow waxes and that threading is much better, trying to make it out that it was my fault. I have been having brow waxes for years and not once has this happened, she didn't know what she was doing. Will not be coming back here again.

Facial Threading
The treatment is very good and the price is good if you become a regular customer however the manager is quite rude and abit money hungry if something goes wrong for example I had my nails done there once and did not like them as the technician had not painted the whole nail proper I went to the manager about this and she simple said oooo well next time you come make sure u request the technician you want. This to me is hardly good customer service and she was unwilling to fix my nails.

I went in for waxing and had a good experience overall, would certainly recommend.
It's small and busy salon, and even though I was late for my appointment, the staff were very friendly and were able to accomodate me.
It was my first time with hot wax and my therapist did a great job, the whole thing was quick and relatively painless, and I was happy with the results.
Ladies' Waxing
I had a Brazilian waxing and I am really happy with the result. Absolutely no painful at all, thanks to the hot wax and the kind beautician. I will come back for sure!
