All the staff are so lovely and friendly every time I go, the wax is great and £20 is seriously good value. Such a good find!

Really good, professional wax. Pain free and really good value for money! Beautician was very knowledgable about wax being used as I had had problems in the past. Would recommend to any in area.

Booked the first available appointment, which was 15 minutes after they opened. Except they opened 15 minutes late, then had to get set up and wait for staff to wander in, so treatment started 10 minutes late. :( Waxer didn't speak any English, so didn't notice I had booked for two treatments and left after the first.
Booked an eyebrow threading, but the person who does threading wasn't scheduled to come in that day. No one notified me in advance, or apologised when I asked about it. Really poor experience.
