I literally can’t thank both Jess and Owen so much. Both were very warm and welcoming. I find it daunting going to the hair dressers and they were both so lovely. I had a Balayage, much needed cut and root colouring.
I would highly recommend Riff Raff and can’t wait to visit again xx

The hairdresser cut my hair far too short and there were straggly bits of hair that hadn’t been cut. He also shaved the back of my hairline (which I didn’t ask for) and I now have a patch of hair on the back of my neck which I embarrassingly didn’t notice until someone pointed out! I didn’t mind the short hair when I left the salon but I didn’t realise the cut was badly done until I got home.
