I had an overall good experience there.
I was greeted well, the appointment was on time. I was offered a drink too.
I had a wash , cut and blowdry booked and I got exactly what I wanted.
Since I had decides on cutting quite a bit of hair including fringe I have to say they did very well. I was reassured how much they are cutting a few times, my fringe went wrong the first time, but they fixed it for me fast. Overall very good - I will recommend this place and treatment.

I showed up to the venue on time for my appointment and the lady said to wait on the chair, when the beautician came over she never asked how I was or greeted me she just asked about what I was getting, during my treatment she never asked how I would like my eyebrows done or anything , she was very careless and brief and I felt very insecure, she didn't even let me see her work during or after it was already done, I've never been with this company before but when she was tinting my lashes she left for a good 15-20 mins and I had no idea what was going on and no one informed me therefore I thought she'd forgotten. After she had finished I went to work and looked at my eyebrows and noticed that one of them was shaped entirely different so I then had to draw it on. I will not be back

Good value for money. Was happy with my lash tint and haircut/blow dry. Staff could have been more friendly/chatty. Would go back.
