Ok so I guess what you pay for! I thought that maybe it was a bargain just because it was my first time to visit the salon and the reviews seemed OK . The staff are unprofessional, from the moment you go in your rushed and they barely speak to you! I'm all for hairdressers not talking the ear off you but this was just strange. There is a bad atmosphere between the staff and the the lady that seems to be the manager. She told the guy off for not confirming I didn't pay for a blow dry infront of me which was a bit awkward. The trim I received was very half hazard and he didn't even check it was even at the front, I had to trim the front bits myself. Definitely wouldn't return!

First they cancelled my first appointment. Secondly, she burnt my skin and it's been painfull for 2 days now...I wouldn't recomend this place to get a Hollydwood waxing.

I wanted a pin-up finish, with victory rolls, and although it was not something they are used to do, they really made an effort to get me something as close as I had in mind. Rosolino took the time to do a good job. He is a very friendly person! And even if his English is not tip top we had no problem understanding each other and he did exactly what I wanted. Will definitely come back!

I had to wait for 25 minutes before I was seen which was slightly annoying, and they don't change the towel you lie on between clients so it was dirty from previous clients, but the therapist was lively and did a great job.
