Upon entering, there was no greeting or acknowledgement. When a staff member did come to me, they didn't ask what I was there for or my name so I nearly ended up with the wrong service. Haircut ended up looking nice, although upon later inspection I noticed that the fringe was shorter one side than the other. Overall, good value and a fairly decent cut, but doubt I will be returning

I had an overall good experience there.
I was greeted well, the appointment was on time. I was offered a drink too.
I had a wash , cut and blowdry booked and I got exactly what I wanted.
Since I had decides on cutting quite a bit of hair including fringe I have to say they did very well. I was reassured how much they are cutting a few times, my fringe went wrong the first time, but they fixed it for me fast. Overall very good - I will recommend this place and treatment.
