I had a blow dry which was advertised at an off peak price of £19.20. There were no other options. When i had to pay for the treatment I was told it was £24 because I have shoulder length hair. I said that it wasn't stated with hair length options. The hairdresser didn't offer an apology or listen to what I had to say. She just repeated it £24.
I will not be returning as I think having hidden costs and not being clear what you are paying for makes the retailer dishonest.
Also the lady that washed my hair kept splashing my eyes and face with water. There was no care for the client
