I don't think she was very experienced with my Type 3 hair. From the way she handled it and the expression on her face, she seemed surprised by my hair texture. I know my hair tangles and need time to detangle. It gave me the impression that she doesn't have much experience working with this hair type,

I tried this salon for the first time and Sophie was great. She took extra care not to catch my hair in my new piercings and understood exactly how I wanted it cut and styled. Lovely haircut, already recommended to a friend.
