I had the best experience with Sophie! She was so warm, friendly and made me feel completely at ease. She was incredibly skilled and knew exactly what I wanted with my cut! The blow-dry was honestly the best I’ve had in London! She really took her time and the result was amazing. I also loved how chatty and welcoming she was, I’m so happy with my hair and would 100% recommend Sophie to anyone. I’ll definitely be booking with her again! 🤍

I don't think she was very experienced with my Type 3 hair. From the way she handled it and the expression on her face, she seemed surprised by my hair texture. I know my hair tangles and need time to detangle. It gave me the impression that she doesn't have much experience working with this hair type,
