Valeria was wonderful - my first ever manicure and pedicure and she was so thorough, professional and thoughtful - she offered me tea and coffee on arrival and also during treatment. I enjoyed the process and the results! Thank you! x

Unfortunately the wax was far too hot and has left me with burns on my underarms. She was aware that the wax was hot but didn’t seem to do too much to prevent burning the skin.
